You can attend your appointments from any calm environment. All you need is an internet connection. It remains a qualified medical service that requires some care and your cooperation.
Bioidentical hormones are also medications and their use must be medically supervised.
You can find further information on how it works on the next page. The process will also be explained during the appointment booking process.

Dear patients!
In Switzerland, there are currently around 550,000 to 600,000 women between the ages of 45 and 55 – all of whom are experiencing the transition through perimenopause, menopause or postmenopause. Across Europe, this affects 35 to 40 million women, and worldwide around 500 to 540 million.
The good news: Menopause is not an individual problem. It affects a large part of the population.
The bad news: It primarily affects women. Historically, women often lacked the opportunity to make this issue visible in political and healthcare discussions. Otherwise, there would have been far more education, counselling and social acceptance by now.
Many women are still familiar with the attitude of previous generations: you simply had to “get through it”, you were not supposed to make a fuss, and symptoms could lead to women being dismissed as moody, hysterical or less capable at work.
The strong response to my interview in the Sonntags-Zeitung on 19 November 2023 showed just how many women affected by menopause symptoms feel that they are not taken seriously or adequately supported.
This makes knowledge, open conversations and the opportunity to approach this stage of life in an informed and self-determined way all the more important.
There is also often a lack of communication between different medical specialties. As a result, symptoms such as sleep disturbances, mood swings or changes in weight may go unrecognised – or women may not know where to turn for appropriate support.
That is where this online service comes in, available to women in Switzerland, Germany, Austria and internationally: counselling and treatment for questions relating to hormones and menopause.
New: Menopause Basics
What changes can I expect? What does “bio-identical” mean? And how can I prepare for menopause?
For women who have not yet reached menopause and are currently experiencing no symptoms, I offer a 30-minute consultation.
We discuss your menstrual cycle, menopause, contraception and any questions you may have. When your appointment is confirmed, you will receive instructions for the video consultation.
No medical records or previous test results are required.
This is a purely informational consultation and does not include therapeutic recommendations.
Philosophy
A woman is more than her symptoms. She is an individual whose health is influenced by her relationships, family circumstances, professional or academic life, nutrition and physical activity.
I do not focus solely on the present symptom or stage of life. One of the most rewarding aspects of gynaecology is supporting women’s health throughout their lives.
Hormones connect and influence many processes within the body and play an important role in how we feel. My aim is to provide holistic, evidence-informed women’s healthcare and hormone medicine at a high professional standard.
I am also committed to improving medical care for women with hormonal concerns and helping women understand their bodies and hormones more clearly.
